Inyoung Michelle Lee, M.A., LLPC
When life feels exhausting and overwhelming, we all need a space to pause, rest, and begin to heal. Having someone who listens and walks alongside us can help us move through challenges and reconnect with our inner strength. Therapy is a journey of rediscovering yourself. It offers a space to explore your experiences, understand your thoughts and emotions, and see yourself with greater compassion and renewed hope.
In my work, my goal is to support you in becoming a healthier and more balanced version of yourself. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where your story is respected, your voice is heard, and your strengths can grow. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, anger management, PTSD, relationship challenges, borderline, ADHD, and parenting issues. I also support clients who wish to explore questions of faith and spirituality, offering faith-integrated therapy when desired. I am deeply attentive to multicultural perspectives and have extensive experience working with immigrants and individuals navigating cultural transitions and generational conflicts.
The challenges you face today do not have to define your future — they can become the starting point for a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
