My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and respect, helping you cultivate clarity, healing, and resilience as you move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

Inyoung Michelle Lee, M.A., LLPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

As we move through life, there are times when we feel exhausted, hurt, or overwhelmed — moments when we need to pause, rest, and find space to heal. During these difficult seasons, having someone who supports and walks alongside us can make it possible to move through challenges and begin the healing process. Therapy is more than a process of solving problems — it is a space to rediscover ourselves. Through this process, we can better understand our experiences, organize thoughts and emotions, and begin to see ourselves with greater clarity and compassion. In this way, healing and recovery can take place and we gain the strength to build a healthier and more meaningful future.

My goal is to be a genuine and supportive helper as you work toward becoming a healthier, more balanced version of yourself. The counseling space I offer is safe, supportive, and non-judgmental — a place where you can explore your authentic self and address life’s challenges. I strive to create an environment where your story is respected, your voice is heard, and your strengths can be discovered. The challenges you are facing today do not have to define your future; they can become the starting point for a more fulfilling life, and I would be honored to walk that path with you.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Faith-based counseling when appropriate. I am especially sensitive to multicultural perspectives and work extensively with immigrants and individuals navigating cultural transitions and generational differences. As an immigrant myself, I deeply understand the emotional complexities, identity struggles, and unique stressors often faced by immigrant communities.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anger management concerns, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulties, and parenting challenges. I also provide support for individuals exploring questions of faith and spirituality, integrating faith-based therapy for those who desire it.
