Lindsey Cord, LMSW - Online Sessions
Licensed Master Social Worker
Life sure can knock you down, sometimes seemingly out of nowhere. You might find yourself in a situation and don’t know where to go from here. If this feels relatable, connecting with a therapist can be incredibly effective with working through life circumstances when it seems hopeless for things to get better.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who meets people where they are, while creating a judgement free space of total acceptance and compassion. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, anger, grief and self-destructive issues by using evidence‑based treatments that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy.
All my counseling sessions are provided online. Online counseling is a convenient option for individuals who have busy lives and may find it difficult to make time to go to a physical therapy office. It allows you the flexibility to choose your own safe and comfortable place to engage in the counseling process.
