Benjamin Stuebs, M.A., LPC

Benjamin StuebsLicensed Professional Counselor

The hardest step in starting a journey of change is asking someone for help. I encourage anyone who is feeling brokenness and frustration in their lives to make that first call so that they can begin walking towards healing one step at a time. My passion is to help individuals discover how they think, feel and interact with the world around them. I have specific training in strengthening interpersonal relations within couples and families. I am a certified Prepare and Enrich relationship inventory facilitator, and also have experience helping individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and long-term disabilities such as visual impairment.

I have been helping individuals and couples find their path in life since 2010. I believe that everyone is unique and that they interact with the world in their own way. My approach to counseling is collaborative, shame free and calm. My desire is to create a healthy therapeutic space where an individual or couple can be authentic and ask the questions they need to move forward in their lives. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.
