Benjamin Stuebs, M.A., LPC

Benjamin StuebsLicensed Professional Counselor

The hardest step in change is asking someone for help. Therapy is a collaborative, coaching, and slef-building journey where we work together to accomplish your desired goals. I enjoy working with men and women on depression, anxiety, men's issues, self-esteem, relationship challenges, obesity and weight loss, chronic pain, and long-term disabilities such as visual impairment.

You may be feeling frustration and brokenness or confusion about what to do next. I would like to help you begin walking towards empowerment and healing one step at a time. My passion is to help individuals discover how they think, feel and interact with the world around them. I have specific training in strengthening interpersonal relations within couples and families.

Certified in the Prepare and Enrich relationship inventory, I have been helping individuals and couples find their path in life for over 10 years. I believe that everyone is unique and that they interact with the world in their own way. My approach to counseling is collaborative, shame free and calm. My desire is to create a healthy therapeutic space where an individual or couple can be authentic and ask the questions they need to move forward in their lives. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.
