Positions Available:

There are two types of positions at Chosen, PLLC: in-office/hybrid and telehealth only. All candidates should be licensed in the State of Michigan. In-office/hybrid providers will have a dedicated, self-outfitted office to meet with clients, as well as the option for telehealth. Telehealth providers are welcome to join us in person for quarterly team gatherings, team meetings, and community events but will meet with clients online.

Job Types: Part-time Contract, Full-time Contract and Doctoral Counseling Psychology Intern

Part-time is 15-24 billable service hours and full time is 25+ billable service hours. Less than part-time positions available on a limited basis.
