Mental Health Therapist – Hybrid & Telehealth (Michigan Licensed)
Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Location: Michigan (Hybrid or Telehealth-only)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Less than Part-Time
Compensation:
- Full-time (25+ billable hrs/week): Up to $90K+
- Part-time (15–24 billable hrs/week): Up to $51K+
- Less than part-time (5–14 billable hrs/week): Up to $14K+
Income varies based on client load, insurance reimbursement, and collections.

Work Options:
Hybrid/In-Office:
- Private, self-outfitted office space
- In-person and telehealth sessions
- Join quarterly team gatherings and community events
Telehealth-Only:
- Fully remote sessions
- Optional in-person team events and meetings
Your Role:
- Conduct client intakes and develop treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy
- Maintain and grow your caseload (support provided)
- Document sessions via EMR (Therapy Notes)
- Collaborate with team and leadership
