Mental Health Provider

We are looking for Michigan-based limited and fully licensed counselors, social workers, and psychologists for our hybrid and telehealth-only positions. All candidates must be licensed in the State of Michigan.

Work Options:

Hybrid/In-Office:

Private, self-outfitted office space
In-person and telehealth sessions
Join quarterly team gatherings and community events

Telehealth-Only:

Fully remote sessions
Optional in-person team events and meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Less than Part-Time

The following three options are available for working with us.

Full-time is considered 25+ billable service hours per week (Income potential $90K+)*
Part-time is considered 15-24 billable service hours per week (Income potential $51K+)*
Less than part-time is considered 5-14 billable service hours per week. (Income potential $14K+)*

Pay is determined on a tiered fee-split basis based on the average number of clients seen per week.

* Estimate is based on lowest client load. Actual income is impacted by client insurance reimbursement and provider collection of client balances.

Your Role:

Conduct client intakes and develop treatment plans
Provide evidence-based individual therapy
Maintain and grow your caseload (support provided)
Document sessions via EMR (Therapy Notes)
Collaborate with team and leadership
