Mental Health Provider
We are looking for Michigan-based limited and fully licensed counselors, social workers, and psychologists for our hybrid and telehealth-only positions. All candidates must be licensed in the State of Michigan.

Remote vs Office:
There are two types of positions at Chosen, PLLC: in-office/hybrid and telehealth only. All candidates must be licensed in the State of Michigan.
- In-office/hybrid providers will have a dedicated, self-outfitted office to meet with clients in person and via telehealth option.
- Telehealth-only providers will meet with clients online. You can join us in person for quarterly team gatherings, team meetings, and community events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Less than Part-Time
The following three options are available for working with us.
- Full-time is considered 25+ billable service hours per week (Income potential $90K+)*
- Part-time is considered 15-19 and 20-24 billable service hours per week (Income potential $51K+)*
- Less than part-time is considered 5-14 billable service hours per week. (Income potential $14K+)*
Pay is determined on a tiered fee-split basis based on the average number of clients seen per week.
* Estimate is based on lowest client load. Actual income is impacted by client insurance reimbursement and provider collection of client balances.
The Role
- Conduct new client intakes – Providers conduct intakes with their clients.
- Client treatment planning
- Conduct In-person and/or telehealth sessions
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work as part of a team and work community
- Organized and able to function with support under leadership
- Responsible for building and maintaining client caseload. Some assistance may be provided.
Your Profile:
We welcome new graduates who are just stepping into the field and therapists with years of experience. We have remote supervisors available as needed.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
- Michigan licensed LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, DTLLP/TLLP/LLP – We hire full and limited licensed professional counselors, master social workers, and psychologists.
- Maintain professional liability insurance and license requirements
- Typing and basic computer skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Conducting initial assessments
- Documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
