Mental Health Provider

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
• Fully licensed LP, LLP, LPC, or LMSW in the state of Michigan
• Conduct intakes
• Treatment planning
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy
• Organized and able to function with support under leadership
• Able to work independently
• In-person and/or telehealth sessions
• Willing to work as part of a team
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Maintain professional liability insurance and license requirements
• Typing and basic computer skills

Mental Health Therapist Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Conducting initial assessments
• Documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Additional Information:

• As a 1099 independent contractor, providers are responsible for paying their own taxes
• Income based on a fee split according to part-time and full-time billable service hours requirements
• We provide training on our EMR (Therapy Notes) for scheduling and notes
• We provide insurance credentialing with our practice
• We provide billing services and support
